Building has always been a passion for Dr. Ryan Rodriguez. Working for his father’s construction company at a young age instilled the joy of innovation and creating pieces that function harmoniously. Through an inspiring relationship with his dentist in high school, Ryan learned how to design and build a tooth using digital technology. He quickly saw how his interests and dentistry intersect and could be used to serve the community around him. The call became clear that Dr. Rodriguez could change lives through the building of beautiful smiles.
Dr. Ryan Rodriguez is from Cypress, Texas, and attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, where he graduated with Honors, magna cum laude, with a degree in biology. Dr. Rodriguez obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from UT School of Dentistry at Houston, where he was accepted into the Prosthodontic Honors selective. He later was awarded the “Hanau Best of the Best: Excellence in Prosthodontics” award for exceptional clinical performance. His education further took him to Birmingham, AL, at the renowned Foundry Dental Center, where he obtained advanced training in specialized services such as implant placement, restorations, and IV sedation.

“It has been a great pleasure joining Dr. Gardner to serve the Montgomery county community. My values align with Dr. Gardner, and it is why I joined this practice. The practice’s devotion to service and excellence confirmed that I am part of a great team! I look forward to servicing all of you!”
I enjoy working with Dr. Gardner and seeing him live out his God-given talent. His compassion and drive to care for his patients are outstanding qualities to witness. Working for him has given me the opportunity to not only help broaden my knowledge of the dental field, but to really expand my character traits in such a positive manner, as we give back to the community with our charity events.
I was born and raised in Mississippi and moved to Texas in 2016. I am happily married to my husband, Luke, and we have two beautiful daughters, Avery and Abigail. During my free time, I enjoy reading books, being outdoors, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy checking out all the local festivals.
In 2012, I earned my associate degree in applied science. I became a registered dental assistant in 2018 by attending the Montgomery County Dental Assisting School. I am also certified in CPR and have experience in medical coding. I have been in the healthcare industry for almost eight years, and I began working with Dr. Gardner in 2017.
I have over 15 years of dental assisting experience. I attended Blinn College and graduated from Houston Dental Assistant School. I have a license in nitrous oxide, sealant application and coronial polishing. I have three children; one is attending Texas A&M University. I have lived in Magnolia for 22 years. I love spending time with family and seeking out opportunities for self-development. I also love to teach others everything I know to help leave an impact. If I were not a dental assistant, I would have been a marine biologist.
Dr. Gardner is passionate about continuing education and training for our team in order to provide the absolute best experiences, care, and dentistry for our patients. Our team is one of a kind and we aim to exceed our patients’ expectations. It is a blessing to work for someone who cares about giving back to the community. Dr. Gardner has two annual volunteer events; one to serve our veterans (Dentistry for the Vets), and the other to serve the less fortunate of Montgomery Country (Dentistry from the Heart).
My husband and I have two beautiful daughters, Adalynn and Ariyah, and my son, Ayden. Aside from the busy life of work and home, I enjoy Bible study, spending time with my family and friends, camping, hiking, nature and traveling when I have the opportunity.
I am from Conroe, Texas, and graduated from Conroe High School in 2000. I took three semesters of basic courses at Lonestar College and decided to move to Colorado Springs with a few friends. While living there, I went to school for dental assisting at Intellect Medical Institute. Although I loved living near the mountains and enjoyed time outdoors, it just wasn’t home.
After completing the dental assisting program, I moved back home and worked as a dental assistant for six years. During that time, I continued my education at Lonestar College to become a dental hygienist while raising my first child, Ayden. I received my associate degree in dental hygiene in 2013 and have been working for Dr. Gardner ever since. Becoming a dental hygienist was my goal for several years, and I now strive to perfect my skills, continue to grow in my profession and provide excellent care to our patients.
I graduated from Texas A∓M in 2016 in English Literature, and I work to continue my education as often as I can. I have been with the team since May 2020, and I want to foster an environment where everyone feels welcomed and they can grow.
I have been in the dental field for 10 years and began working for Dr. Gardner’s office in 2012. The dental assistant position allows me to communicate and interact with patients. I enjoy helping patients overcome any concerns about their treatment and explaining the technologies and materials we use. I am also very happy to help patients who speak Spanish
I love the way all of our patients become part of our dental family. Our practice is dedicated to providing the best dental care to all patients. We do our best to make all patients’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible. I’m really honored to be part of this team. I am committed to making your dental visit very enjoyable.
During my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, playing any outdoor sport or just relaxing at home watching movies.
I am very grateful to be a part of Dr. Gardner’s dental team and to offer every state-of-the-art, progressive treatment option found in dentistry today. His vision, heart, and extensive training in physiologic dentistry is second to none. I am excited to be a part of this dental family as we wholeheartedly work toward restoring our patients’ oral health to full function and comfort for years to come.
I’m from Honduras, a small but beautiful country! I moved to Texas in 2011, and as you can imagine, I had a lot of obstacles to overcome—but I had a goal for new opportunities and a better life. I have always worked hard for what I want, especially for the big plans I have for the future!
I have a passion to travel, cook, garden, play sports and do many home improvements, but always make time with family, friends, and God a priority, as well as volunteering in my community and my church.
I am happily married to my best friend, Trevor. We like to travel, try new restaurants and on a lazy day, we stay home watching movies or TV shows. We also have a pit bull named Knight. He is a happy and active dog always on play mode. During my time off, when I am not visiting family, I play with makeup and watch tons of YouTube videos (my guilty pleasure). I love the beach; my favorite color is pink; I love pasta, pizza and baleadas (a Honduran dish).
I decided to become a dental assistant because I wanted to invest my time and effort into helping others smile again! I feel extremely blessed to be working with Dr. Gardner and I will forever be grateful for the opportunity to learn and work with an amazing staff I am lucky enough to call coworkers. Dr. Gardner has a way of practicing dentistry that is different from others. He creates a connection with the patients to further serve them and their dental needs.
With a heart for people, my educational background began with a B.A. in psychology from Texas A∓M University in 2013. With time and personal growth, my talents were refined and refocused towards dental hygiene. I received my B.S. in Dental Hygiene from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston and was blessed to find this practice shortly after. My favorite part of Conroe and Montgomery Comprehensive Dental Centers is being a part of a patient-centered dental team, devoted to serving the community and building long lasting relationships with patients. I admire the attention to detail that Dr. Gardner and Dr. Rodriguez possess and the fluidity with which the entire dental team comes together to provide exceptional patient care. As a dental hygienist, I specialize in disease prevention and maintenance by providing all patients with oral hygiene education and by modifying cleanings to accommodate each patient’s unique needs. Providing an upbeat and warm patient experience, in addition to a comfortable and thorough cleaning, is my daily aim. My role as a registered dental hygienist at this practice is exciting, energizing, and fulfilling, and I look forward to every opportunity to care for the people of this community.
When not at work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and being active in the gym with my fiancé, Chris. I love traveling and getting to experience different cultures. Faith and family are the center of my world.
“We make a living by what we get, we make a life by what we give” – Winston Churchill
I have always enjoyed working to help improve the oral health of my patients while also educating them on how our oral health is directly linked to our overall body health. I appreciate the opportunities that working with Dr. Gardner gives me to connect with my patients!
I was born and raised in Southern California where I received my degree in dental hygiene. I have been actively practicing for 26 years now. I graduated as top clinician of my class, and then went on to teach clinical dental hygiene and UCLA Dental School Clinic for several years while also working part-time in private practice. Shortly after that time, I accepted a position as State Board Dental Hygiene Examiner for six years with the California Dental Licensing Board. It was an honor and a privilege to work in that capacity, and I developed such an appreciate for my profession and the rigorous journey that dental hygienists endure to become licensed providers.
After getting married and moving to Wyoming, I worked as the executive director of United Way for three years (as there were no hygiene positions available in my area). My husband even noticed how I just lit up when a new dental practice in town opened and I began to work there—I was back in my place of passion! Five years later, my husband accepted a new position and we moved to Nebraska, where I started working at a private practice in town. In 2017, after losing my husband, I moved to Texas. I traded my snowshoes for flip-flops, living outside for most of the year without fear of blizzards or road closures!
I joined the practice in August 2020 and am currently in progress of receiving my Registered Dental Assistant certification this fall. I love how much of a family it feels like here at the practice. Everyone is acknowledgeable, and they truly want what is best for each patient’s needs. I work my hardest to make sure everyone has all the utensils they need, and I keep things running in sterilization department.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs: A Terrier mix who five years old and a one-year-old American Dingo. They were both rescued from a shelter in Colorado. I also go hiking and camping, and I love being on the water, including any kind of paddle boarding and a little bit of fishing.
I enjoy working for Dr. Gardner because he is so passionate about his work and making sure his patients get the best care possible.
Outside of work, I love spending time with all six of my grandchildren, watching them play baseball, football and riding their horses. My favorite pastime is traveling, especially to the beach. Just give me a chair and a book, and I’m set to go!
I have been working from home for over a year now and I really enjoy my job. This gives me the opportunity to spend more time trying to make sure all claims are paid in a timely manner. I like my job and I feel I am a good asset to our team.
I joined Dr. Gardner’s team in July 2020, and I have been dental assistant certified since 2015 from Brightwood College. I am currently attending Lonestar College to become a hygienist. My favorite things about the practice are the family environment with the staff, doctors, and patients as well as how much love Dr. Gardner has given to the community. I always want to ensure that our patients always feel at home and make sure I can be helpful regarding their finances by showing them different patient options.
I enjoy spending time with my wife, Karina, as well as doing photography and music on the side. We have a Shi-poodle dog and love spending time with him and going on walks after work and during the weekends. We are also involved in helping church ministries.
In May 2020, I joined the Montgomery & Conroe Comprehensive Dental Center, but I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. I was trained as a dental assistant before moving to the front end of the practice. I am honored to work with a dentist who is so caring and compassionate, who treats his staff like family and makes giving back to the community a priority! I ensure patients stay on track with their hygiene appointments. Oral hygiene is key to good overall health!
I have been married for over 30 years and have four children, and I am a native Houstonian. I enjoy Sunday country drives, crafts, and of course, time with family.
I joined Dr. Gardner and his team in March 2020. I am really enjoying being part of this team and truly enjoy my work. We begin each day with a team prayer, and it is honestly the best way to start our day.
I am married and have three sons. I enjoy spending time at the beach under an umbrella in a comfortable chair with my husband and try to go as often as possible. I enjoy traveling and have been blessed to visit many places in the United States and many other countries. My absolute favorite travel was a trip we took to Italy, where I was fortunate enough to attend a Catholic high mass by a cardinal in a 3,000-year-old cathedral in Genoa. It was an incredibly amazing spiritual experience! I really love volunteering in the community. I’ve volunteered as a Catholic faith formation teacher, breast cancer charity fundraiser, American Cancer Society committee member, and American Heart Association fundraiser. I have also volunteered on several American Diabetes Association campaigns, as my oldest son has Type 1 Diabetes.
I live in Spring, Texas and moved to Texas in 1995 from Chicago. I literally started college the actual day I took my youngest son to kindergarten. I studied communications, marketing, journalism and have a passion for overall wellness. I was previously a Corporate Wellness Coordinator for a global company and have always worked in healthcare.
