Dentistry for Veterans – We Are Thankful for Your Service

Posted .

Dr. Timothy Gardner, D.D.S., as well as countless volunteer dentists, hygienists, assistants and team members, have participated over the past twelve years in a program he has titled, “Dentistry For Veterans”. This year alone we have gifted over $130,000 worth of dentistry and to date, we have gifted over $1,062,000.00 of dentistry to Veterans of Montgomery County, Texas.

Each year Dr. Gardner chooses a Veteran who is in need of much more service than the day of our annual event allows. This year, Dr. Gardner has chosen a retired Navy Seal who attended Conroe High School. Dr. Gardner, along with our team, has spent numerous hours gifting roughly $70,000 worth of dentistry to this amazing Vet. It has been our complete pleasure to get to know him and his story. We are proud and humbled to provide much-needed dentistry that will forever change his quality of life. Life-changing dentistry is what we provide each and every day, and we were all graced to be able to use our God-given talents for a wonderful Veteran, who selflessly stood for our freedoms and protected the wonderful lives we get to enjoy every day.

We have had many wonderful business sponsors throughout the years as well. One in particular is Williams Dental Lab, of Gilroy, California. Not only have they given in generous ways to the success of this program, but we ask the Veterans we serve to take the time to write a thank you to this amazing business if they would. Bob Clark, owner of Williams Dental Lab, brings these letters to his family’s Thanksgiving dinner where Bob reads them aloud to his family. Not only is that an amazing tradition for him and his family, but a wonderful way for these amazing Veterans to express how much our program has helped their overall quality of life.

We would like to thank all of our Veterans, as it was our pleasure to serve you this year, and every year! Thank you for your service to our country and our freedoms. We look forward to serving you again next year!
