What is a Sinus Lift?

A sinus lift surgery can help in the placement of dental implants. Some patients interested in dental implants do not have enough bone support that is necessary for an implant, due to bone loss.

A sinus lift allows an increase in the amount of bone in the upper jaw, by adding bone to the space between molars and premolars.
